Challenge

Guesty, a leading hospitality tech platform, aimed to optimize their payouts system through the GuestyPay feature, which facilitates payment processing for property owners and service providers. They needed to implement bank transfers in the U.S. using the NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) standard, enabling apartment owners to seamlessly pay vendors.

Recognizing the technical and regulatory challenges involved, Guesty partnered with us to effectively address these needs and improve operational efficiency.

Solution

We developed and integrated a NACHA file generation service into GuestyPay, enabling efficient bank transfers for apartment owners while reducing costs. Our solution ensured compliance with NACHA standards, addressed diverse bank requirements, and was rigorously tested with JP Morgan Chase and Valley Bank to guarantee seamless functionality and enhanced payout efficiency.

Result

The NACHA file generation service enabled property owners to efficiently pay service providers through GuestyPay, introducing a new payment option and enhancing the user experience.

Testing with major banks—JP Morgan Chase, Valley Bank, and South State Bank—ensured reliability and security, strengthening Guesty's product offering, improving efficiency, and positioning it for growth in the hospitality tech market.
