Bamboo Payment Systems is a cross-border Payments company that enables global merchants to both accept and make Payments throughout Latin America. By offering robust financial solutions, Bamboo helps businesses improve their payment infrastructure, optimize financial operations, and expand into new markets.

Challenge

Bamboo needed the solution to efficiently collect personal information required for Payout and Refund workflows. They sought a straightforward way to notify clients and gather the necessary data securely, ensuring seamless completion of payment processes. Additionally, Bamboo required customized forms that clients could use to enter information easily and securely. The solution had to be versatile enough to serve a variety of use cases and merchants beyond Bamboo specific Payout needs.

Solution

We tackled Bamboo challenge by creating a scalable backend with a flexible web interface for dynamic, customizable forms, enabling secure and efficient client data collection for Payout and Refund workflows.

To enhance communication, we implemented a multichannel notification system using Twilio (WhatsApp) and SendGrid (email), ensuring reliable client interactions. A microservices architecture made the solution modular, scalable, and adaptable to future needs.

Result

Our collaboration delivered a scalable notification and data-collection service that enhanced Bamboo Payout and Refund workflows.

The flexible system enabled customization for various use cases, improving scalability and adaptability for merchants. With a robust multichannel notification system, Bamboo achieved more reliable communication, elevating user experience and building trust. The secure, efficient solution also positioned Bamboo for long-term growth in the competitive cross-border payments market.
